Return Policy


Please do not just send an item back that you want a refund for. Not all orders are eligible for refunds so read our return policy and if you have any questions still do not hesitate to email our support team at Support@Seaside.co!

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If we discover the product isn't in this condition a refund will not be sent to the customer and it is not our responsibility to ship the product back to you. If the order has an incorrect address, contact us immediately before the order is sent out. We will try to change the order prior to it being processed in our system, but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible to refund you for this address mistake, so please make sure to double check your information before completing the purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for this transaction to take place may vary based on the method of payment, but we ensure that you will be fully reimbursed. The entire order will be refunded except the small shipping fee (with some exceptions).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@Seaside.co.

Sale items (if applicable)
We try our best to treat all returns the same regardless of whether the item is on sale or not. However, we are not required to refund items on sale/discounted so please keep this in mind.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@Seaside.co and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges on international orders at this time.

Lastly, if a product is exchanged we do not offer the ability to return this exchange.
