THESE DATES ARE PROVIDED SPECIFICALLY BY THE MAIL CARRIER BUT THEY ARE NOT 100% GUARANTEED. FOR TIME SENSITIVE PACKAGES, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND HOLIDAYS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF WEATHER DELAYS OR PROCESSING DELAYS. ONCE SHIPPED, AN ORDER WILL NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED DUE TO CARRIER DELAYS. Orders placed before 4pm EST (typically) ship same day (weekends are excluded). Orders placed after 4pm EST usually ship the following business day. Exceptions include: holidays, major sales, extreme or unsafe weather, or there is a problem processing your order. If there is a problem processing your order, a member from our team will reach out to you via email or telephone if provided. 

Standard - (USPS First Class) is offered at $6.95 on all outbound orders domestic. Orders shipping via First Class typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping Dates are provided by the mail carrier but they are not guaranteed.               

TRACKING:

After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number. If you do not see it, please check spam or junk folder. If you have questions regarding your tracking, or your tracking has not updated within 2 weeks from the last scanned date, please contact us.

LOST MAIL:

Seaside.co is not responsible for packages stolen or removed from a customer’s property after the package is “Delivered” by the mail carrier. If a customer prefers the order ships signature required, please contact us immediately after the order is placed. 

If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or Carrier and provide them w/ the tracking number. Request a Case Number for your call. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the Tracking Number claims the package was “Delivered” with your Case Number.

SEASIDE.CO will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date and will not  take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exclusions will be made.
